The SU guides are idea when used in traditional heavy class boat and LBG setups but really shines in over head stand up rod applications. Rated for up to 37kg line class rods the ALPS™ conventional heavy guides in corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel is the guide to turn to for any heavy class rod builds. The convemtional heavy SU guides feature recessed ring design (RRD) creating a wider gluing surface between the ceramic ring and guide frame. This enhances the bond between the ring and frame while also protecting the ring from impact. The corrosion resistant ALPS™ SU guides are the go to guide when building any boat, LBG or Heavy overhead rod.
